    personalmente,uso TESMED PLUS i giorni o i periodi che nn vado in palestra....cm estetica funziona e riesce a mantenere il tono muscolare(parlo di forza)raggiunto,se usato correttamente...

    Io ero un po' tentata a comprarlo tesmed, ma poi nn ero molto convinta se riuscisse a mantenere il fisico, e poi mia mamma nn voleva, quindi ho rinunciato.
    Cmq mi fa piacere se funzioni, sai alcune volte sembrano delle stupidaggini, invece nn lo sn affatto

    no skerzo,nonostante ttt lo sport k faccio la pancetta da alcolizzato c'è......
    xò a spalle e gambe sto messo davvero bene...
    e in palestra ogni tnt scappano sfide alla "pressa"(spingere cn le gambe stado steso)cn il mio allenatore...

    mmhh penso sia difficile k io rinunci alle "nottate di divertimento"con gli amici miei...

    l'ultima partita di beach soccer mi ha lasciato brutti ricordi....distorsione al ginocchio destro cn lieve interessamento dei legamenti...mi sn fatto ttt luglio in palestra x rafforzare il ginocchio...da solo...al caldo....
